The charm measures just over approximately 3/8 of an inch, or about 10 millimeters, high and wide. The opening measures just over about 1/8 of an inch, or approximately 3.5 millimeters, wide. (Included is a US Dime in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The charm is not marked as to content, nor signed, but has been discreetly acid tested as Sterling silver. Weight is approximately 4 grams, which includes the weight of the enamel and the stones, of course.
This charm is in very good vintage condition, but may have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings from normal wear. No damage found to the enamel, nor any missing stones. Hand polished, but there may be some tarnish remaining. There is an acid test mark, but it's on the inside of the charm and should not be visible.
