The necklace measures approximately 18 and 1/8 inches long, from end to end, and can be adjusted to fit at between about 16 and 3/4 inches and 18 inches long, closed. The turquoise beads average just over about 1/2 of an inch, or approximately 13 millimeters, wide. The larimar beads measure just over approximately 5/16 of an inch, or about 8 millimeters, wide. The center drop is just over about 1 and 3/4 inches high. The cross pendant alone measures approximately 9/16 of an inch wide by about 3/8 of an inch, or approximately 9.52 millimeters, high. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped, "925", on the back of the Maltese cross pendant, unsigned. Weight is approximately 38.61 grams, which includes mainly the stone weight, of course.
This necklace is in very good vintage condition. It may have the expected surface scratches and normal wear. No visible chips or cracks to the stones, just natural surface irregularities. Hand polished, but it's likely that some tarnish remains.
A very lovely, eye-catching, vintage Sterling silver, turquoise, and larimar beaded cross pendant necklace. Chunky, but pretty and feminine, with great natural interest in the stones and a fabulous bohemian vibe.
