Lovely, Long, Striking Vintage Sterling Silver, Amethyst, and Peacock Freshwater Pearl Dangle Hook Earrings, with Abstract Hearts and Dot Detail Accent Beads.

   Each earring measures approximately 2 and 3/8 inches high, from the top of the hook to the bottom of the drop, by just over about 1/8 of an inch, or approximately 3.5 millimeters, wide at the top bead and about 1/2 of an inch, or approximately 12.7 millimeters wide at the bottom (heart). (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Not marked as to content, nor signed, but acid tested as solid Sterling silver. Combined weight is approximately 6.2 grams, which includes the stone and pearl weight, of course.

   These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches from normal wear. No visible chips or cracks to the amethyst or pearls, though both have natural surface irregularities visible under a 10X loupe. The hooks look reasonably  straight, but no longer in identical form, and they may need gentle reshaping. Hand polished, but they may have some tarnish remaining. There is a very discreet acid test mark on one earring.

   A very pretty, unusual and fun pair of vintage Sterling silver abstract heart dangle earrings, with iridescent grey pearls and richly colored amethyst. Super cute, with nice movement. Modern but feminine.
