The ring is a size 7. The band measures approximately 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.35 millimeters wide. The band is just over about 1/16 of an inch, or about 1.7 millimeters, thick. (Included you will see a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) It is marked inside, "925", unsigned, though the marks is faint due to the design running through the inside of the ring as well as out. Weight is approximately 4.4 grams.
This is new old stock ring, never sold or worn, but vintage in from the 1980's. There may be light surface scratches to the silver from years of storage, and typical small enamel holidays. Hand polished, but there may still be areas of missed tarnish.
A very striking, well-made, vintage Sterling silver carved band ring. Strong design, heavy and outstanding. Made the way jewelry was when silver was cheaper and pride of craft showed through.
