Handcrafted Signed Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Figaro Chain Neckla

The necklace measures about 17 and 5/8 and 1/8 inches long, from end to end, and will fit at just over approximately 17 and 1/2 inches in length (closed). The chain measures just over approximately 1/8 of an inch, or about 3.5 millimeters, wide and is roughly 1/16 of an inch, or about 1.5 millimeters, thick. (Included you will see a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The necklace is stamped, "925 Mexico", and signed, "MD-28", on an inline lozenge. Stamped, "925", again on the spring ring clasp. Weight is approximately 4.96 grams.

This necklace is in very good vintage condition, but may have the expected light surface scratches and normal wear. It has no kinks or bends. The spring ring clasp is in good working condition, and holds securely. Hand polished, but there may be more tarnish remaining.

A very nice signed vintage Mexican Sterling silver figaro link necklace. Heavily and nicely crafted, with a subtle, rich shimmer.
