Striking, Sparkly, Beautifully Crafted and Signed Vintage Lorenzo Sterling Silver and 18K Solid Yellow Gold with Cushion Cut Citrine Stud Pierced Earrings.

   Each earring face measures approximately 11/16 of an inch, or about 17.4625 millimeters, high, by just over about 3/8 of an inch, or approximately 10 millimeters, wide at the widest point, and approximately 5/16 of an inch, or about 7.9375 millimeters, deep. Though perfectly accurate measurement of a mounted stone is impossible, each stone has an estimated carat weight of roughly 1.75 carats, for a total of at least 3.5 carats total weight. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The back of each earring is stamped, "18K & 925", and signed , "Lorenzo", along with an "A" maker's mark. Each oversized deluxe clutch is stamped, "925", unsigned. Combined weight is approximately 8.96 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.

   These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few very tiny dings to the metals, from normal wear. The posts both look straight. No visible chips to the stones, only very light surface wear, visible under a 10X loupe. Hand polished, but there is more tarnish remaining within the many design details.

   A gorgeous, unusually stylish pair of Signed vintage Lorenzo Sterling Silver, 18K gold and fancy citrine earrings. Unique and luxurious earrings, with wonderful attention to detail, like the filigree basket settings which draw light to every facet of the citrine. An outstanding design. Much lovelier in person, the camera does not do justice to these beauties.
