Charming, Detailed, Eye-Catching, Signed Vintage Judith Jack Sterling Silver, Yellow Enamel, and Marcasite Dimensional New York City Taxi Cab Pin or Brooch.

   The brooch measures just under approximately 1 and 1/8 inches wide, by approximately 13/16 of an inch, or approximately 20.6375 millimeters, high, and just over roughly 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.5 millimeters, deep, not including the pinback. (Included you will see a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Standard locking pinback. Stamped, "Sterling", on the back,  and signed with the Judith Jack maker's mark. Weight is approximately 8.66 grams, which includes the stone and enamel weight, of course.

   This brooch is in excellent vintage condition. It may have a few of the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the silver from normal wear, though none were found. No missing or chipped marcasites. The enamel is not chipped or cracked, but has one tiny bubble on the left edge, visible in the photos. Hand polished, but it may need further attention, especially to the back. The standard locking pin back works well, and the pin is straight and sharp.
