Lovely, Unusual, Vintage or Antique Sterling Silver and Black Enamel Rolled Edge Bangle Bracelet with A Carved Relief Hearts and Scrolls Pattern.
The bangle measures just over about 5/16 of an inch, or approximately 8 millimeters, wide by just under approximately 1/8 of an inch, or about 3 millimeters, thick. The bracelet measures approximately 7 and 7/8 inches in interior circumference. If you prefer, interior width, or diameter, is about 2 and 9/16 inches. (Included you'll find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped, "Sterling", inside, unsigned. Weight is approximately 8.88 grams.
This old bracelet is in pretty good vintage condition, but will exhibit the expected surface scratches, tiny dings and patina from age and normal wear. The bangle is no longer perfectly round, and no longer sits perfectly flat, but is quite close to original shape and has no bends or creases. Hand polished, but carefully and sparingly due to its age and not wishing to harm the enamel. It may need further attention before wear, as it was completely black with tarnish to begin and still has quite a bit on the interior, visible in the photos.
