The ring is approximately a size 7 and 1/2. The face of the ring measures just over approximately 5/16 of an inch, or about 8 millimeters, high, with the decorative portion measuring approximately 9/16 of an inch, or about 14.2875 millimeters, wide. The band narrows in the back to just over approximately 1/16 of an inch, or about 2 millimeters wide. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) It is marked inside, "925", unsigned. Weight is approximately 1.53 grams.
This is a vintage piece, which has been worn and enjoyed. There will be the expected surface scratches and tiny dings in the silver from normal wear. The ring is still fairly round, but has some flattening in the back. Hand polished, but there could still be areas of missed tarnish, especially inside the design.
A very nice, sleek and subtly detailed vintage Sterling silver wave motif ring. Feminine and lovely, with a natural richness and luster.
