Beautiful, Feminine and Well-Crafted, Vintage Solid 14K Yellow Gold and 10 Natural Creamy White Seed Pearls Open Heart Pendant Necklace.
The chain measures about 16 and 5/8 inches long, from end to end, and should fit at just over roughly 16 and 1/2 inches in length, closed. It is approximately 1.5 millimeters, or just under about 1/16 of an inch, wide. Stamped on the spring ring clasp, "14K".
The pendant measures just over approximately 5/8 of an inch, or about 16 millimeters, high, bale included, by about 1/2 of an inch, or approximately 12.7 millimeters, wide, and about 3/16 of an inch, or 4.7625 millimeters, deep.
Each pearl measures just under approximately 1/8 of an inch, or about 3 millimeters, in diameter. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The pendant discreetly acid tested as solid 14K gold.
Combined weight is approximately 1.49 grams, which includes the pearl weight, of course.
This necklace is in excellent vintage condition, but will exhibit the expected light surface scratches to the gold from normal wear. The chain has no kinks or bends, and the spring ring clasp works well and holds securely. No visible damage to the pearls. Lightly cleaned by hand, but it has not been professionally polished.
