The ring is approximately a size 7 and 1/2, but easily sizeable by your jeweler within limits. The central face of the ring band measures just under approximately 7/16 of an inch, or about 11 millimeters high. The band narrows in back to just over about 3/16 of an inch, or about 5 millimeters, wide.
Though it's impossible to get a 100% accurate measurement of a set stone, the estimated size of each stone is approximately .25 carats, and the total combined weight of the two gems being about a half carat. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The ring is stamped, "14K", inside the band, unsigned. Discreetly acid tested as solid 14K gold, as well. The ring is also engraved inside, "Eddie Judy 12-25-72 Love". Weight is approximately 7.05 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.
This is a vintage piece, close to 50 years old, which has been worn and enjoyed. There will be the expected surface scratches and tiny dings in the gold from normal wear. A couple of tiny chips but no cracks, to the stones visible under a 10x loupe. The heavy ring remains round and true. There is a very discreet acid test mark on the edge of the band. Given a light hand-cleaning, but it has not been professionally polished.
