Beautiful, Nicely Crafted, Vintage Solid 14K Yellow, Rose and White Gold Tri-Tone Spiral Twisted Pipe Hinged Hoop Pierced Earrings.
Each earring measures just under approximately 7/8 of an inch, or about 22 millimeters, high, by just over about 13/16 of an inch, or approximately 21 millimeters, from front to back and just over approximately 1/8 of an inch, or about 3.5 millimeters, wide and thick. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped on both post arms, "14K", unsigned. Also discreetly acid tested as solid 14K gold. Combined weight is approximately 3.12 grams.
These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They may have the expected light surface scratches and probably a few tiny dings from normal wear. No large dents or creases found. One post arms is straight, the other has a minor bend which is visible in the photos, but is still workable. The catches both seem to fit and function well. There is a very discreet acid test mark on one earring. Lightly cleaned by hand, but they have not been professionally polished.
A very pretty, nicely sized and weighty, pair of vintage three color 14K gold hinged hoop twist earrings. So versatile, with sparkle and luster the camera couldn't do justice to.
