The pendant measures just over approximately 1 and 3/8 inches, or about 35 millimeters, high, including the bale, by just over about 13/16 of an inch, or approximately 21 millimeters, wide, and approximately 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.35 millimeters, thick in the center. The bale opening is just under roughly 1/8 of an inch, or about 3 millimeters, wide. (Included there is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped on the back, "925", and signed with a stylized letter "R", maker's mark. Weight approximately 2.98 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.
This pendant is in very nice vintage condition, though it will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the silver from normal wear. No visible chips to the diamond. Hand polished, but it may need further attention. Please try to overlook the dark and/or blotchy areas in the photos which are merely reflections of the camera body, black camera lens and tripod.
