The piece measures just under approximately 1 inch, or about 25 millimeters, high, including the bale, by just over about 7/8 of an inch, or approximately 22.5 millimeters, wide, and just over approximately 5/16 of an inch, or about 8 millimeters, thick. The bale opening is roughly 1/8 of an inch, or about 3.17 millimeters, wide. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped in two places on the on the back of the pendant, "STER", and signed with a letter M inside a circle maker's mark. Weight approximately 3.81 grams.
This pendant is in very nice vintage condition, though it will have some of the expected light surface scratches to the silver from normal wear. Hand polished, but it may need further attention.
A beautiful and feminine, detailed and curvy, vintage Sterling silver cutout diamond cut fancy puffy heart pendant. Much prettier in person than the camera could capture, with so much sparkle.
