Beautiful, Finely Detailed, Classy and Sophisticated, Little Vintage 14K Solid Yellow Gold and Pearl Pendant, with a Delicate Crosshatch Milled Finish on the Subtly Curving Leaves.
The pendant measures approximately 11/16 of an inch, or about 17.4625 millimeters, high, by approximately 7/16 of an inch, or about 11.1125 millimeters, wide, and just over about 1/4 of an inch deep. The pearl itself measures approximately 1/4 of an inch, or roughly 6.35 millimeters, in diameter. The bale opening is just over about 1/16 of an inch, or 2 millimeters, wide. (Included you will see a US Dime in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The pendant is stamped on the back, but too faintly to be legible. It has been discreetly acid tested and shown to be 14K solid gold. Weight is approximately 1.3 grams, which includes the pearl weight, of course.
This pendant is in very good vintage condition, but will likely exhibit the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few very tiny dings. Lightly cleaned by hand, but it has not been professionally polished. No visible damage to the pearl, just some natural surface irregularities. There is a very small, discreet acid test mark on the back edge of the bale.
