Big, Bold and Beautiful, Handcrafted and Signed, Vintage Taxco, Mexican Hammered Sterling Silver and Gold Rope Half Dome on Square Pierced Earrings. 

   Each rounded square earring face measures just over approximately 1 and 1/8 inches, or approximately 28 millimeters, high and wide, by just over about 3/8 of an inch, or roughly 10 millimeters, deep. (Included you'll find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The back of each earring is stamped, "925 Mexico", and signed, "Laton", and, "TH-82". Combined weight is approximately 11.81 grams.

   These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the silver. No visible dents or creases. Both posts appear pretty straight. The clutches are new Sterling replacements, and both hold securely. Hand polished, but there may be further tarnish to remove, if you choose. These are handcrafted earrings which will not be machine-perfect in any sense.
