Cool Vintage Handcrafted and Signed Sterling Silver and Carved Black Onyx Mayan Mask Cufflinks, with Rope Edge Detailing.

   Each cufflink face measures just over approximately 11/16 of an inch, or about 17.5 millimeters, high, by just under about 3/4 of an inch, or approximately 19 millimeters, wide, and just over roughly 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.5 millimeters, deep. (Included you'll see a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The back of each cufflink is stamped, "Hecho en Mexico", (Made in Mexico), "DF 925", (Distrito Federal for Mexico City) and signed, "JVR". Combined weight is approximately 7.79 grams, which includes the onyx weight, of course.

  These are vintage cufflinks, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected surface scratches and dings to the silver from age and normal wear. The onyx has some surface scratches and scrapes, nothing too severe, and no visible cracks. One link has some excess glue at the edges which shows on camera but isn't so visible to the eye. The posts are pretty straight, though not perfect as you can see from the photos, and the hinges move freely. Hand polished , but they may need more attention, as they were very tarnished and heavily soiled, to begin with. These are handcrafted items which will not be perfectly symmetrical nor machine-perfect in any other way.
