Very Lovely, Large and Sleek, Vintage Handcrafted Mexican Modernist Sterling Silver and Black Onyx Oval Stud Pierced Earrings. 

   Each earring face measures just under approximately 5/8 of an inch, or approximately 15.5 millimeters, high, by just over about 7/16 of an inch, or roughly 11.5 millimeters wide, and about 3/16 of an inch thick. (Included you'll find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The back of each earring is stamped, "Mexico 925", unsigned. Combined weight is approximately 3.1 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course, but not the weight of the clutches.

   These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly tiny dings to the silver. No visible chips or cracks to the stones. One post has a slight bend, which doesn't seem to affect wear. The clutches are not Sterling, as no Sterling replacements available fit the posts, so their weight is NOT included in the earring weight given. Hand polished, but there may be further tarnish to remove, if you choose.
