Super-Cool, Large and Detailed, Signed Vintage Marjorie Baer of San Francisco Carved Dimensional Tribal Design Pin or Brooch in Silver Tone Metal, with Bezel Set Wood Accents.
The pin measures just over approximately 3 and 1/4 inches wide, by just over approximately 2 and 1/8 inches high, and just over roughly 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.5 millimeters, deep, not including the pinback. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Standard locking pinback. Stamped, "MB SF", on an applied lozenge, on the back.
This pin is in good vintage condition, though it will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings from normal wear. Lightly cleaned by hand, cautiously so as not to damage the wood, and there are a few spots of discoloration on the metal which may or may not be removable. The standard locking pin back works as designed, and the pin is still sharp and straight.
