Beautiful, Large, Vintage Handcrafted and Signed Hroar Prydz Yellow Gold Vermeil over Sterling Silver Dimensional Autumn Maple Leaf Pin or Brooch, in Brilliant Yellow, Gold and Green Fall Color Guilloche Enamel.

   The brooch measures just over approximately 2 inches, or about 51 millimeters, high, by about 2 and 1/16 inches wide, and roughly about 3/8 of an inch, or approximately 9.52 millimeters, deep, not including the pinback. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Standard rollover locking pinback. Stamped on the back, "Sterling", "925S", sideways triangle in half circle makers mark and, "Norway". Weight is approximately 17.96 grams, which includes the enamel weight, of course.

  This brooch is in very good vintage condition. It will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the silver from age and normal wear. No chip or cracks visible to the enamel, though it does have one very small bubble in the surface of the enamel. Hand polished, but it may need further attention, especially to the back. The locking pin back works fine, and the pin is pretty straight and still sharp.

   A gorgeous, well-made and richly colored vintage Hroar Prydz Norwegian yellow gold on Sterling silver and enamel fall leaf brooch. Fantastic dimension, natural curving form, and wonderful fine detail.
