Beautiful, Unusual, Chunky, Handcrafted Vintage Sterling Silver and Denim Blue Lapis lazuli 3-Part Hinged Triangular Pendant.
The pendant measures approximately 2 and 1/8 inches high, including the bale, by about 1 and 1/16 inches at the top of the triangle, and just over roughly 1/16 of an inch, or about 2 millimeters, wide at the point of the triangle. The body of the pendant is approximately 1/8 of an inch thick. The bale opening is about 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.35 millimeters, wide. (Included you'll see a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The pendant is stamped, "925", on the back, unsigned. Weight is approximately 6.2 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.
This pendant is in very good vintage condition, but will have the expected surface scratches and tiny dings to the silver from normal wear. No visible chips or cracks to the stones. Hand polished, but there may be more tarnish remaining. This is a handcrafted piece, and will not be machine-perfect in any sense.
A very outstanding and lovely vintage handmade Sterling silver and lapis pendant. Wonderful color in the stones, sleek and modern styling in a bold size.
