Each earring measures approximately 7/8 of an inch, or about 22.22 millimeters, high, by just over about 11/16 of an inch, or approximately 17.5 millimeters, wide at the widest point, and approximately 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.35 millimeters, deep. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped on both of the new deluxe clutches, "925". Stamped on the back of each earring, "Sterling", and signed, "ES". Combined weight is approximately 5.24 grams, which includes the gem weight, of course.
These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the silver from normal wear. No bends or dents, but these are handcrafted and will not be perfectly identical, symmetrical, nor machine-perfect in any other sense. One post is straight, the other has a gentle bend which does not seem to affect wear. Hand polished, but they may need a bit more attention, as extra care was needed not to remove too much patina. The Sterling clutches are brand new deluxe replacements, as the originals were missing, and both fit and hold well.
