Each earring face measures just under approximately 7/8 of an inch, or about 22 millimeters, high by about 5/8 of an inch, or approximately 15.87 millimeters, wide, and just over about 3/16 of an inch, or roughly 5 millimeters, deep, not including the clips. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The interior of the clip arm on each earring is stamped, "14K", The back of each earring faintly stamped, "14KT", and signed with an unidentified uppercase letter "G" maker's mark. Also acid tested as discreetly as possible, and confirmed to be solid 14K gold. Combined weight is approximately 4.8 grams.
These are older earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches to the gold. One tiny ding rests at the bottom edge of one earring, which is visible only under a 10X loupe. The hinges move easily and close and hold, though they may need be to be adjusted slightly tighter for thinner earlobes. Lightly cleaned by hand, but they have not been professionally polished.
A sophisticated, sparkly, and nicely made pair of signed vintage 14K gold earrings. Perfectly sized for office or dinner with subtle, classic, styling in hard to find clip-ons.
