The pendant measures approximately 2 and 5/8 inches high, including the bale, by about 1 and 3/8 inches wide, and the drusy portion is roughly 3/16 of an inch, or about 4.76 millimeters, thick. The bale opening is about 5/16 of an inch, or about 7.9375 millimeters, wide. (Included you will find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The pendant is stamped, "925", on the back of the frame, unsigned, it appears handmade. Weight is approximately 11.6 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.
This pendant is in very good vintage condition, but will have the expected light surface scratches to the silver from normal use. No visible chips or cracks in either stone, just natural irregularities. Hand polished, but there could be more tarnish remaining, especially in the crevices.
A very unusual and outstanding vintage Sterling silver drusy gem pendant. Wonderful colors in the stones, the camera could not capture the depth and does not do it justice.
