Beautiful, Feminine and Curvy, Signed Vintage Avon Sterling Silver and Blue Turquoise Sleek Modernist Cross Pendant Necklace.
   
   The pendant portion measures approximately 1 and 1/8 inches high, by just over about 9/16 of an inch, or about 14.5 millimeters, wide. The bale opening is just under about 1/8 of an inch, or approximately 3 millimeters, wide. The necklace chain measures about 18 and 15/16 inches long, from end to end, and will fit (closed) at about 18 and 7/8 inches in length. The chain is approximately 2 millimeters, or just over about 1/16 of an inch, wide. (Included you'll find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped, "Sterling", on both sides of the spring ring clasp, stamped, "925", and signed, "Avon", along with what appears to be the maker's signature, "JJI", inside an oval on the back of the pendant. Weight is approximately 2.93 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.
   

   This necklace is in excellent vintage condition, but will likely have the expected light surface scratches from normal wear. The chain has no kinks or bends, and the spring ring clasp works well and holds securely. No visible damage to the stone. Hand polished, but it may have missed some tarnish.
