This old brooch is in quite good vintage condition, but will have the expected surface scratches and tiny dings to the silver, from age and normal wear. Hand polished, but there will be more tarnish remaining, as it was heavily blackened to start. The locking pinback secures as intended, and the pin is still quite straight and sharp. 

   A very beautiful, wonderfully detailed, vintage Art Nouveau Sterling silver openwork brooch. Lovely attention to detail in the iris flowers and leaves, the way the woman's hair and dress appear to be moving in a gentle breeze. A very romantic, stunning Nouveau piece.
