The ring is approximately a size 8. The face of the ring measures approximately 11/16 of an inch, or about 17.4625 millimeters, high, and projects just under about 1/4 of an inch, or roughly 6 millimeters, from the finger, with the jade itself measuring approximately 1/2 of an inch, or about 12.7 millimeters, wide. The wide band narrows in back to just over approximately 1/4 of an inch, or about 6.5 millimeters wide. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) It is marked inside, "925", unsigned. Weight is approximately 5.94 grams, which includes the stone weight, of course.
This is a (newer) vintage piece, which has been worn and enjoyed. There will be some of the expected surface scratches and tiny dings in the silver from normal wear. The band remains round and true. No damage to the stone, and it is very secure in its setting. Hand polished, but there may be areas of missed tarnish.
A very lovely and unique vintage Sterling silver and green jade ring, with lots of subtle detail in the band and great color and interest in the stone. Boldly sized, while gracefully styled. A beautiful, standout, ring.
