Each earring measures approximately 15/16 of an inch, or about 23.8125 millimeters, high, by just over about about 3/4 of an inch, or approximately 19.5 millimeters, wide, and about 1 and 1/2 of an inch, or approximately 12.7 millimeters, from front to back. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Each is stamped, "925", on the clutch, unsigned. The earrings themselves have been discreetly acid tested as solid Sterling silver. Combined weight is approximately 4.93 grams.
These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches and probably a few tiny dings to the silver from normal wear. The posts appear to be pretty straight, but neither is perfect. The clutches both hold securely. Hand polished, but some tarnish remains. These are handmade earrings which will not be machine-perfect in any way.
An outstanding, bold but sleek, pair of vintage artisan Sterling silver circle with sliding sphere earrings. Great movement, airy and feminine but strong and modern design.
