Each earring measures just over approximately 1 and 3/8 inches high, by about 7/8 of an inch, or about 22.22 millimeters, wide, and just under approximately 1/4 of an inch thick. (Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped on the back of each earring, "925 Mexico", and signed, "TN-56". Combined weight is substantial, at approximately 14.3 grams, the plastic clutches these came with remain to provide more support, but are not included in the weight.
These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches and tiny dings to the silver from normal wear. The posts are both pretty straight, though not perfect. These earrings are handcrafted and may not be perfectly symmetrical, nor machine-perfect in any other sense. Hand polished, but they may need a bit more attention, here and there. The clutches are the plastic comfort-style type, which makes with the weight and size of these earrings, so not replaced with silver, but also not included in the weight given.
A boldly sized and modernistic, but feminine and softly styled pair of handcrafted vintage Taxco, Mexican Sterling silver earrings. Standout design and size that will be noticed.
