Each earring measures just over approximately 1 inch in diameter, or about 25.5 millimeters across, and just over approximately 1/2 of an inch, or about 13 millimeters, thick.(Included is a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Stamped on the back of each earring, "925 Mexico", and signed with a partial maker's mark of either, "TA-121", or perhaps, "TR "or "TB-121". Combined weight is fairly substantial, at approximately 21.3 grams, making these great candidates for clip-on support.
These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected all-over patina of surface scratches and tiny dings to the silver from age and normal wear. No major dents, dings, or creases. These are handcrafted and will not be perfectly identical, symmetrical, nor machine-perfect in any other sense. The clips hold securely without being overly tight, both are quite comfortable. These earrings are handcrafted and may not be perfectly symmetrical, nor machine-perfect in any other sense. Hand polished, but these may need a bit more attention, especially around the clips.
A boldly sized and modern, but classy and stylish pair of handcrafted vintage Taxco, Mexican Sterling silver earrings. Standouts! In hard to find clip-on style.
