Drop-Dead Gorgeous, Sparkly and Luxurious, Vintage Solid 18K Rose Gold Hinged Bangle Bracelet with .90 Carats of Prong-Set Round Brilliant Diamonds.
The bracelet measures just under about 1/8 of an inch, or approximately 3.15 millimeters, high and is equally thick. There are a total of 45 diamonds, each just over about 1/16 of an inch, or approximately 1.65 millimeters in diameter, for an estimated set total carat weight of .90 carats.The closed bangle measures approximately 6 and 15/16 inches in interior circumference or, if you prefer, interior width is about 2 and 1/4 inches and interior depth is just over approximately 2 and 1/8 inches. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The hinged bracelet opens wide to provide an opening of approximately 3 and 13/16 inches.
Weight is approximately 13.05 grams, which includes the diamond weight, of course. Stamped on the outer edge near the clasp, "750", unsigned. Also discreetly acid tested to confirm solid 18K gold content. Diamonds tested with a Mizar DiamondNite.
This bangle is in excellent vintage condition. It will have the expected light surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the gold from normal wear. No dents bends, or creases. No visible damage to the diamonds, and the prongs appear sturdy. The pushbutton clasp and safety catch work well and hold very securely. There is a very discreet acid test mark on the back of the inner catch. Lightly cleaned by hand, but it has not been professionally polished.
