Gorgeous, Stylish and Sophisticated, Vintage Italian 14K White and Yellow Gold Bangle Bracelet set with a Sparkling .36 Carat Round Brilliant Diamond.
Note: This a a pull-open bangle with safety catch, rather than a slip-on or hinged bangle, so please refer to all measurements before purchasing.
The central face of the bracelet measures just under about 1/4 of an inch, or approximately 6.25 millimeters, high, with the yellow gold portion measuring just over about 5/16 of an inch, or about 8 millimeters, wide. The white gold band measures just over approximately 1/8 of an inch, or about 3.5 millimeters high and just under approximately 1/8 of an inch, or about 3 millimeters, thick. The diamond is just under about 3/16 of an inch, or approximately 4.5 millimeters in diameter, for an estimated set carat weight of .36 carats. The bangle measures approximately 7 inches in interior circumference or, if you prefer, interior width is about 2 and 1/2 inches and interior depth is just under approximately 2 inches. To open the bracelet, one must gently pull the band apart vertically and slide over the wrist. Estimate of the maximum safe distance it can be opened is approximately 1 and 1/4 inches.
Weight is approximately 7.69 grams, which includes the diamond weight, of course. Stamped faintly on the edge of the clasp tongue, "Italy", and, "14K", unsigned. Also discreetly acid tested to confirm solid 14K gold content. Diamond tested with a Mizar DiamondNite.
This bangle is in excellent vintage condition. It will have the expected surface scratches and possibly a few tiny dings to the gold from normal wear. No dents bends, or creases. No damage to the diamond. The safety catch works well and holds very securely. Lightly cleaned by hand, but it has not been professionally polished.
