Each earring face measures approximately 1 and 1/16 inches, or about 26.985 millimeters, in diameter, by about 7/16 of an inch, or about 11.1125 millimeters, deep, not including the clip. (Included please find a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) The upper back of each earring is stamped, "14KT", and signed, "Carla". The side of each clip is stamped, "14K", and again signed, "Carla". Also acid tested as discreetly as possible. Combined weight is approximately 8 grams.
These are vintage earrings, which have been worn and enjoyed. They will have the expected light surface scratches to the gold. Two tiny dings visible on the back side of one earring, but there are no large dings or dents and none at all on the faces of the earrings. The clips move easily and close and hold securely, without being overly tight or loose, very comfortable. Lightly cleaned by hand, but they have not been professionally polished. There is a very discreet acid test mark on the back edge of one earring.
A very classy, subtly stylish, bold and beautiful pair of signed vintage 14K gold earrings. Large and sleek but feminine design, in hard to find clip-ons. Very versatile and very rich-looking. Much lovelier in person than the camera could capture.
